Andy brings over 35 years of extensive experience across the waste management sector, including leadership, business development, and operational planning.
As the former Managing Director of Wyvern Waste Services Limited, Andy’s expertise is in driving strategic initiatives, optimising processes, and delivering innovative solutions that align with industry demands. His knowledge and commercial focus make him a trusted advisor and leader in the field.
Joanne Wood
Joanne is a Chartered Waste Manager and qualified Environmental Manager with over 25 years of expertise spanning senior policy and operational roles in both the public and private sectors.
Her career reflects a deep commitment to advancing environmental standards, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices. Joanne's ability to navigate complex challenges and implement impactful strategies has established her as a respected authority in waste and environmental management.
Tom Fyfe
Tom is a seasoned researcher and data analyst with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries.
Tom’s robust skillset in bespoke software and analytical tools allows him to uncover trends and market insights, market dynamics and model future trends.
Sanjay Bhat
Sanjay joined Monksleigh in May 2025 as a Data Analyst, bringing with him a unique blend of mechanical engineering expertise and over five years of experience in data analysis. Originally trained as a mechanical engineer, Sanjay transitioned into the world of data where his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills have flourished.
He has since developed a strong track record in dashboard development and advanced data analysis, including the application of AI to monitor PPE compliance across manufacturing sites, and using geospatial mapping tools to optimise shipping routes and schedules. Sanjay’s focus is on enhancing how we support customers in interpreting their compositional and laboratory data. He also plays a key role in advancing the data and insights available through Wikiwaste, helping to drive smarter, data-informed decisions across the sector.
